Burt & Max's opened at Delray Marketplace in February 2013 with one goal: to be the restaurant Delray Beach actually needed. More than a decade later, locals continue to come back for fresh food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a place where everyone has a seat.

Led by Executive Chef Luis Ortiz, our kitchen is all about fresh ingredients and making things the right way. We source locally whenever possible, use premium meats, seafood, and produce, and do the work right here in our kitchen, from filleting fresh fish and preparing beef in-house to making our sauces, dressings, and more from scratch.
